Netflix Addiction // The Films

I watch a lot of Netflix. I'm not even ashamed to admit it. Today I thought I would tell you about some of the films I've watched (and loved) on Netflix recently. Hopefully you've seen our How To // Netflix post and if not I would recommend giving it a read first (here) because some of these films are only available in certain countries.

Warrior
This is the story of two estranged brothers who both begin training to fight in a winner-takes-all mixed martial arts fight. The storyline between the two brothers and their alcoholic and abusive father is beautifully portrayed.

A Long Way Down
On New Years Eve on the roof of a London high rise four people all about to end their lives meet and make a pact - to stay alive for six weeks. It sounds like it would be a tad depressing but it's actually a really feel good film!

Whip It
An awkward teenager rebels from a life of beauty pageants and discovers the ruthless world of roller derby. The soundtrack is amazing too.

Easy A
After a lie about losing her virginity spreads around the school Olive (Emma Stone) learns to use her situation to make herself more popular. Inevitably things backfire. This film gave me a new appreciation for the song "Pocket Full of Sunshine".

The Other Woman
After discovering that her seemingly perfect boyfriend is married, Carly tries to cut her losses and move on. The boyfriends wife has other ideas. Together the two unlikely friends discover the other mistress and the three band together to get their revenge. This film is hilarious and the three woman work together beautifully.

Let us know if you check out any of these films!
