Couch To 5K // Week 4

Week 4:
5 minute walk
3 minute run and 90 second walk
5 minute run and 2 and a half minute walk
repeat twice
5 minute cool down

Run 10:

Oh wow. Today was hard, last week was a total running time of 9 minutes and this week it was increased to 16 minutes total. I think I hit my wall today and I'm not convinced I got through it, I just kind of ran along the top of it!


Run 11:

Well today was better than run 10 that's for sure! It was still hard work and we're not used to running for 5 minutes yet so it feels like we're running for years rather than 5 minutes. It absolutely could have been worse though. I will say that sometimes in those final minutes of running I did end up doing some odd singing and dancing just to keep going..but hey it's for the cause, the good old cause!

Run 12:

This run was horrific. I had to do it alone and I didn't have headphones and I felt awful doing it. I have no idea how I'm going to cope with next week when this week has been so hard!!!!
