Couch To 5k // Week 2

Week 2:
5 minute warm up
90 seconds run and 2 minute run (repeat 6 times)
5 minute cool down


DISCLAIMER: We've realised since finishing week 2 and comparing stats that the stats tracker on this app on my phone is RUBBISH. So although I'm still going to put up the screenshots of the stats as proof that I'm actually putting myself through this just know that It's not very accurate!

Run 4:


This day was the first run after the awfulness that was day 3. Today wasn't much better. I'm not enjoying this at all.


Run 5:

You know what? It's starting to get a little bit more bareable. Not enjoyable, but not awful.


Run 6:


This day we absolutely SMASHED it! We finished the run and felt good. Legitimately good. Not looking forward to week 3 though...
