Week 3:
5 minute warm up
90 second walk 90 second run
3 minute walk 3 minute run
repeat twice
5 minute cool down
Run 7:

After the last day of week 2 went well I expected today to go horribly, but it didn't! It wasn't easy but it was far better than I expected it to be. It's so nice to only have to run four times, even though we're running for longer it feels like it goes quicker.
Run 8:

Today felt pretty good. The 90 second run is totally fine now and even the 3 minute run is okay. I'm actually starting to understand why people do this running malarkey!
Run 9:

So the day before this run we spent the day walking the fife coastal route and Elie chainwalk so both Becky and I were super sore before the run even started. This one was hard work but we did it, even if it was a tad slower and more reluctantly than usual!
Let me know if you're doing Couch to 5K and how you're getting on!
