Couch to 5k // Weeks 8 and 9 + FINISHED

Week 8:
Days 1-3 - 28 minute run
Week 9:
Days 1-3 - 30 minute run


Runs 22-24
This week is only 3 minutes more than last week and I found it no worse than week 7. Most days were fine, I got quite a sore ankle half way through which slowed me down but I kept going!

Runs 25-27
Finally up to running for 30 minutes. Adding 2 minutes on from the previous week hasn't made much of a difference. I have noticed that my running has got much slower since running for longer distances.



Now that I've finished couch to 5k I am taking it easy for a week before getting back into running. I've only been on one run this week but I've made sure to keep exercising in other ways. I still don't like running but I feel better afterwards and I've noticed differences in how healthy I feel in the last 9 weeks.

Any runners out there? How often do you run? How can I enjoy it more?
