BLOGMAS DAY 15 // Christmas Board and Card Games

We thought we would show you some of our favourite board and card games to play with friends and family over the Christmas period.
Finding a game or activity that the whole family can enjoy is tricky. So sometimes we end up playing multiple to make everyone happy.

1. Monopoly - Surely you know how to play monopoly? Well this particular version is Catopoly (I KNOW!) and instead of buying properties you buy cat species! What more could a budding crazy cat lady want?

2. Scattergories - This is probably my all time favourite game, in the world, ever. I'm not even going to attempt to explain it properly. It's a word game - you basically get a letter and then need to answer questions (E.g. A Boys Name?) using that letter.

3. Trivial Pursuit - Kids, adults or Harry Potter (the latter being one I'm particularly good at) I love this game. Nothing wrong with a good general knowledge quiz.

4. Bananagrams - You get letters, you make words - it's like a simple version of scrabble. Good with a group of friends!

5. Jeu Du Tarot (French Tarot) - this isn't tarot card reading or anything mystical like that. It's just a card game, one person chooses to go against the other players and try to win cards and thus points. It's impossible to explain..google it? And if you find instructions not in french lemme know!?

6. Cluedo - This one is the Big Bang Theory edition, which just makes it that bit more fun. I'm really good at this game (which is probably the reason I like playing it so much!)
