Bullet Journal // July Set Up

Well it's officially the summer, not that you would guess it from the weather here in Scotland! July is already a week in and I'm only just getting round to doing my set up blog post, sorry! But not much as changed and if you are inspired then save the inspiration for next month!

My July challenge is focused on doing little things every day to feel a little bit happier.
1. Read - a physical book not an ebook (something about a physical book is just that bit more comforting).
2. Bible study or pray - My faith is important to me and taking time to focus on that really helps me. 3. Chat to a friend - make an effort - I'm not meaning chat to a friend I'm hanging out with already but actually to make the effort to message friends I haven't seen or talked to in a while.
4. Exercise - even a little walk - I hate to admit it but if I spend all day cooped up and not exercising I don't feel good, so even if it's just a little walk then that's something.
5. One ME minute - this is simply taking a couple minutes a day to focus on me, doing a little thing for no other reason than I enjoy it.

My July tracker is only slightly changed this month. I've changed the order round to make it flow better. I've now got exercise (run) and exercise (other) so that I can track runs and other exercise separately. I've changed 'make up off' to 'face cleaned' so that even if I'm not wearing make up I still make sure I give my face a proper clean. I've also changed 'no spend' to 'low spend' to allow for small amounts of spending like a bottle of water. Low spend is accounting for anything under £10.

I'm not changing this at all this month. I think a the moment it's working for me.

And there we have it. Another month. Another Bullet Journal set up post!
