Week 7:
Days 1-3 - 25 minute run
Run 16:
I knew going into this run that I could do it because a 25 minute run was the last run of week 6 too. I found it okay, I get pretty bored running straight for 25 minutes and I'm not really looking forward to doing this for three days this week.
Run 17:
I really wasn't feeling it this day. I just could not be bothered running for this length of time. I did it, but I moaned to myself the entire time. As you can see the stats on this one are absolutely ridiculous and clearly wrong! I was definitely going faster than 1.88 miles an hour!!!
Run 18:
I was pretty determined to do well in this run as it was the last one before progressing to 28 minutes. Apparently my projected 5k for this run was 48 seconds which I thought was quite impressive!
I'm hating using this app to track my runs but I'm going to keep using it for the last two weeks of couch to 5k then I'll find a better one. I'm kind of behind on these blog posts so I've actually finished week 8 too, 3 runs of couch to 5k left!
