Enchanted Forest | Pre-Christmas Magic

Back in October, Kate and I went to this event called "The Enchanted Forest" in Pitlochry.

It's a light show hosted in a forest that just screams magic and Christmas. Every year they have a theme and this year it was 'Shimmer'. 

It was the first year we had been and we will DEFINITELY be going back next year. 

Instead of me just mumbling on about how amazing this place was, I'll just let you sit in awe at the photos (some don't do it justice).

This Is Scotland | Loch Lomond Seaplane

Way, way back in June my family and I were meant to take a trip on a seaplane in Loch Lomond for my dad's birthday. However, it ended up getting cancelled...twice. 

We rebooked for a few weeks ago and luckily the weather was good enough for us to go on this rare adventure.

I know Kate and I go on about how beautiful Scotland is but I honestly can't express, enough, to you how gorgeous and breath taking this country is. Don't believe me? Here are the pictures to prove it from this sunny, brisk, autumnal day.

This Is Scotland | Culross & Kinnoull Tower

A while ago, my friends and I explored a little part of Scotland. We went to this place in Fife called Culross, a quaint little town along the coast, and then headed to a place in Perth called Kinnoull Tower.

I had completely forgotten about this place till I was scrolling through pictures on my computer and thought the places were too nice not to share with you guys.

This Is Scotland // Linlithgow Loch

Now as most of you will have gathered by now, I've not been in the country much recently but when I was going through all the photos I've taken on my travels I came across these beauties from an evening walk I took back in July. I love so many of the photos that I decided I may as well show you guys. They're all taken round or near by a loch in a town called Linlithgow in West Lothian, in the distance in a few photos you can see Linlithgow Palace and the spire of St Michaels Church.

 So it's been a while since I made a "This Is Scotland" post and since I went on a evening road trip this week and took a tonne of pictures I thought I would show some of them to you.

Strawberry Picking | Birthday Celebrations

It was my birthday a couple days ago. I turned the ripe old age of 23, booooo.

I normally spend my birthday with my parents and brother but this year was slightly different as everyone was working. I mean, how dare they.

So, on my birthday myself, Kate and our friend Kieran - he loves a little girl time - went to Craigie's Farm in South Queensferry for breakfast and to pick some strawberries and raspberries. It was amazing, and I have so many pictures to share.

But first, let me just go into what we did the day before.

We went trampolining. Yes, we are massive kids but going to an indoor trampoline park with six of your friends for your 23rd birthday is actually pretty cool. The one we went to was called AirSpace in East Kilbride, Glasgow. It's so much fun. We're all very sore today but it was so worth it!

We then went for a lovely meal in the town I stay in.

Perfect day.
